Ashtanga Mysore Classes with Special Guest Teacher Mary Jo Mulligan
Next Sunday, October 2nd and again on October 16th, Mary Jo Mulligan is scheduled to teach Mysore at YogaNow Gold 7:30-9:45 am.  This is an amazing opportunity to have your practice fine tuned with a master teacher… but we need to have 10 students sign up and pay in advance by 9/29 for these workshops to happen - $20/class or $35 for both.
