New classes:
At YogaNow Gold:
- Beginning 9/28, Wednesdays, 7:30-8:45 pm, Flow with Tejal, beginning in October Angie’s M-W-F class will start at 9 am (instead of 9:15)
- What a relief! Thursday 5:30 pm a RESTORATIVE yoga class – take a break from it all and lie in poses with props and breathe breathe breathe. You’ll float out and leave the stresses behind. Every Thursday!
At YogaNow Mountain Run:
- Partner Yoga Fridays, 5:30 pm with Tejal begins 9/30 and Flow yoga Sundays at noon with Tejal beginning 10/2.
- Tuesdays, 7:30-8:45 pm Mixed level with Michael beginning October 5!
