Unbelievably, seemingly while we weren’t looking, September sneaks up on us… Some exciting news for YogaNow yogis:
Jill Miller returns with her incredible skill and inspiring teaching September 9th and 10th. The Los Angeles Times calls her "kinetically arresting". This workshop will reawake your yogic passion!
Mary Jo Mulligan will continue her inspiring series of workshops on September 25 with Backbending at Mountain Run, 12:30-3:30 pm.
For four Sundays in October, 10/2-23, Mary Jo will teach the Mysore class at YogaNow Gold as a special workshop series – check out the web for more information.
CLASS CHANGES
As of September 1, there are new classes and times for both studios:
At YogaNow Gold (see complete schedule)
Tuesdays
* 5:30-6:45 pm Ashtanga with David (new time)
* 7-8:15 pm Level 1 with Keith (new time)
* Beginning 10/4 - 7:30-8:15 pm Mixed Level with Michael NEW CLASS!
Thursdays
* 5:30-6:45 pm Restorative with Heather NEW CLASS! Take a breather and sink into a slice of heaven with soothing and supportive poses
* 7-8:15 pm PreNatal with Heather (new time)
Wednesdays
* Beginning 9/28, Wednesdays, 7:30-8:45 pm, Flow with Tejal. NEW CLASS! This uplifting class fuses meditation, breath and posture to release tensions and to enliven the body with prana, the universal life force.

Tuesdays and Thursdays
* 9:30-11 am - Core Focus with Angie NEW CLASS! Come and discover your underlying hum of tone that reaches far beyond pushing and pulling yourself through your practice.
Fridays
* Beginning 9/30, Fridays 5:30-6:45 pm, Partner Yoga with Tejal. Bring a friend or come by yourself! In this class we will explore how to share yoga with one another in a playful, safe, relaxing atmosphere.
Sundays
* Beginning 10/2, Sundays, noon-1:15 pm, Flow with Tejal.
* The Sunday 5-6:30 pm class has been cancelled.
LABOR DAY SCHEDULE
Both studios will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 5, for celebration of your many labors. All other classes happen.
