Meta's Message

Pray
for a good harvest, but keep on
plowing.
-Nancy
Otto
Keep on keepin on is another way of
saying it. This is the time of the year when
the night comes sooner and the holiday pressures
may seem to build. Why not find a reason to
laugh every day (life can seem pretty outrageous)
and continue the practice, perhaps adding a yoga
class just when you know that you'll be
busy. Calming the mind, soothing the
spirit.
ELECTION DAY is Tuesday - be sure to
vote. We are blessed to live in a land where
we have a voice in our government, so let's
speak.
Thank you to all of you
for your support of my daughter. She is
healing and recovering well, and I appreciate your
energies her way.
With smiles and
gratitude, Happy November,
Meta.
(Namaste in devanagari script-“I bow to
you.”) |
