New
Years can be a time of
reflection:
At YogaNow we've had a year of giving back
to our community through time, money, energy, sun
salutations and classes including donating to SAFE
house, Forest Guardians, local hospitals, UNM and
others. The YogaNow Teacher Training
Apprentice Program is providing home to learning
and transformation that spreads yoga out in so
many directions...teens and moms, seniors,
addictive groups, to name just a
few.

For me personally I'm excited to be
taking care of a long standing chronic nasal
problem that I expect will open the world of smell
and breath to me in 2007. I was part of a
study through NIH four years ago at Scripps
Hospital in La Jolla, CA when as a 'data
point' I wasn't helped, but research was
enchanced. I hope to reap the benefits
today.
