Our Philosophy
At Yoga Now, we believe in enhancing access to the transformative power of yoga around the world. Our digital platform offers live, on-demand instruction and/or therapy led by highly skilled yoga and other mind/body practitioners from around the world. We maintain medical supervision for our classes and so we accept most insurance plans and HSA/FSA. We also offer functional medicine labs including ordering, home delivery of collection kits, and follow-up consultation by our medical team.
